Play a gameMake an offer with a purpose
Choose a player, select cash and eligible deeds from each side, then send the offer. The recipient can accept, decline or return a counteroffer. Nothing moves until an offer is accepted.
Trading limits
Players cannot trade deeds they do not own. Properties with buildings in their colour set must be cleared first, and cash must be available when the offer is accepted.
Value the whole set
A scattered deed and the final piece of a set are not equivalent. Consider building costs, cash reserves, the opponent’s likely development and the remaining turns.
