Kiraya strategy: cash, sets and trades

Practical property-trading tactics for Kiraya: keep reserves, value complete sets and avoid overbidding.

Cash buys you choices

Do not spend every coin just because a deed is available. Rent, taxes and event cards can arrive before your next salary. Judge your reserve against the expensive developed properties ahead of you; no fixed reserve guarantees safety.

A set is more useful than scattered deeds

Compare how close each purchase gets you to a complete group. A trade that completes both players’ sets can change the board quickly. Look at each side’s building budget, not just the printed prices being exchanged.

Set an auction ceiling first

Compare the bid with the printed price, the set it could complete and your remaining cash. Dropping out can be the best decision. A cheap deed that leaves you unable to pay the next bill is not automatically a bargain.

Build with the finish line in mind

Buildings increase rent but lock up cash and sell back at a discount. Near a round limit, compare the remaining turns with the risk of bankruptcy. Net worth is the score at the round finish, but it does not pay an immediate rent bill.

Practise one skill at a time

Try finishing one colour set against Easy, then repeat against Normal. Hard and Expert place more value on blocking rival sets. These are practical suggestions, not a claim of a guaranteed win rate.
