Open KirayaDo I need to rearrange my properties?
No. Kiraya tracks deeds, ownership, mortgages and buildings for you. There is no property-card layout to reorganise. Open a deed or your player panel to inspect what you own and what it earns.
Does the rest space pay cash?
Under standard Kiraya rules, taxes and selected fees feed the vacation pot and the player landing on the rest space collects it. The host can turn the pot off, choose a different recipient rule or set a cap that pays it out early. Read the lobby settings for the table you joined.
What happens when someone passes on a deed?
With standard rules, an affordable unowned deed that a player declines goes to a visible auction. The highest remaining bidder pays their bid and receives the deed. A host can turn auctions off for a different table.
Can one player use up the houses?
A standard table has a limited building supply, so late-game shortages can matter. The host can choose an unlimited supply when the group wants building access to stay open. Selling buildings always returns them to the bank.
