Settings for a faster property board game
Use Kiraya room settings to make a property-trading game easier to finish and clearer for every player.
Create a roomUse a shorter round limit
The host can choose a lower round limit before a game begins. When the limit is reached, the highest net worth wins if nobody has already won by elimination. This gives the group a visible finish point.
Use quick draft for an active opening
Quick Draft is an optional start rule that deals three properties to every player before the first roll. It changes the opening on purpose, so switch it on only when the group wants to begin with immediate ownership decisions.
Keep auctions and decisions readable
Standard auctions are visible, winner-pays auctions with a short bidder timer. The host can keep them on for competition over declined deeds, or turn them off for a simpler table. Every selected setting is shown in the lobby before play.
Choose supply for the kind of game you want
Limited house and hotel supplies add a strategic scarcity layer. Unlimited supply removes that particular constraint. Neither option is hidden: use the visible setting and agree as a group before starting.
